Terms of use.

Article 1 — Purpose

The Terms of Use contain:

• legal information relating to visiting and using the Site of Neoo Core SA;
• a statement concerning intellectual property rights;
• a reference to the regulations on the protection of privacy.

Article 2 — Site publisher

The Site is provided by Neoo Core SA (hereinafter “Neoo Core”), a public limited company (société anonyme) incorporated under Belgian law, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) under number 0822.883.860, whose registered office is at Steenweg op Brussel 213, 1780 Wemmel. Article 3 — Access to services

Neoo Core uses all the means at its disposal to ensure quality access to the Site. As it is bound by an obligation of means, it cannot be held liable for any damage, of whatever nature, resulting from the Site being unavailable.

Any event due to force majeure that results in a malfunction of the network or server does not give rise to any liability on the part of Neoo Core.

Access to the Site may at any time be interrupted, suspended or modified, without notice, for maintenance or updates.

Article 4 — Intellectual property

Neoo Core grants the user a private, non-collective and non-exclusive right to use the content of the Site, limited to viewing it.

The general structure of the Site and the texts, code, databases, graphic components, presentations, software, images, logos, trademarks, sounds, videos and all other elements of which it is composed are the exclusive property of Neoo Core or its partners. Any representation or reproduction, even partial, of the elements contained in the Site without the prior written authorisation of Neoo Core is strictly prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, Neoo Core cannot be held liable for the unlawful acts of third parties, or for any direct, indirect or incidental damage resulting from the use of the Site. The pricing and configuration information published on the Site is indicative: only the offer validated by Neoo Core is binding on the parties.

The Site contains hyperlinks to other websites. Neoo Core does not control these websites and accepts no liability for their content.

Neoo Core reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, supplement or delete all or part of these Terms of Use. It is your responsibility to consult them regularly.

Article 9 — Miscellaneous

The invalidity, nullity or unenforceability of any provision of the Terms of Use under the legal or regulatory provisions in force does not affect the validity, applicability or binding nature of the other provisions. The provision concerned is replaced by a valid provision as close as possible to the original objective.

Article 10 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law. Only the courts and tribunals of Brussels have jurisdiction to hear any dispute.
